A depot, two vans and a written record

Cristalina started in 2015 with one van and eleven pools in Villamartín. Rubén had been doing water treatment for a hotel group and got tired of pools being treated as an afterthought; Elke had spent six years explaining Spanish trades to Dutch and German owners over the phone.

The written report came out of that second job. Owners abroad were not asking for more visits — they were asking to know what had happened on the visits they were already paying for. So every visit ends with a note and a photograph, and the note is the thing we are actually selling.

We are two people and two vans, and we cap the round at what two vans can actually reach in a week. When we are full we say so and give you the name of somebody else, which is not good business advice but is the only honest answer.
